About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Resident Chef to prepare delicious vegetarian North Indian meals and starters for our in-house guests and staff. If you have a passion for authentic cooking, maintaining a spotless kitchen, and delivering warm hospitality, we want you on our team!
Key ResponsibilitiesCooking: Prepare wholesome vegetarian North Indian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) along with tasty starters and snacks.
Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, proper food storage, and kitchen safety.
Guest Handling: Interact politely with guests, take special dietary requests, and ensure a wonderful dining experience.
RequirementsProven experience in cooking vegetarian North Indian cuisine.
Robust focus on kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
Friendly, polite, and qualified guest-handling skills.
Willingness to stay on-site (accommodation and meals provided).
