About the Role

This role combines support and sales. You’ll help existing subscribers and bring in current ones, resolving a query one hour and closing a subscription the next. It suits someone who enjoys variety and can switch between patience and persistence.

What You’ll Do

Customer Support
Respond to subscriber queries over email, chat and phone within agreed response times
Resolve subscription, billing, account access and platform usage issues
Guide subscribers through features so they get full value from the product
Escalate technical issues to engineering with explicit, complete detail
Follow tickets through to closure, keeping the customer updated

Sales
Generate leads through calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
Qualify inbound enquiries and move them through the pipeline
Run product demos and handle pricing objections




Follow up consistently until closure
Meet monthly and quarterly subscription targets

Retention & Growth
Drive renewals and reduce churn
Spot upgrade opportunities among existing subscribers
Share recurring issues and feature requests with the product team

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years in customer support, inside sales or client servicing
Working knowledge of the stock market or financial products
Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and patient problem-solving
CRM experience, or the ability to pick one up quickly
Available to join immediately

Valuable to Have
Experience at a broking, trading, fintech or market data company
Exposure to subscription products: renewals, churn and upgrades
Familiarity with Zoho Desk or Freshdesk
NISM certification, or personal investing and trading experience
