Key Responsibilities
Prepare/Assist monthly dispatch plan and vehicle placement plans in line
with FG/cargo readiness/sales plan
Continuously monitor FG/Cargo readiness to ensure timely initiation of
vehicle placement
Assist to ensure secure transportation methods are implemented and deliveries
are made in secure & sound condition
Monitor safe loading and proper lashing of FG on trucks
Ensure the vehicle crew follows best practices
Skilled in tracking and tracing shipments and provide real time updates to
superiors
Regularly monitor transit status with the crew to resolve any transit
related issues

Ideal Candidate
Possess valuable understanding about the domestic dispatch documents like Tax
invoices,



E invoices ,Delivery challans, EWBs & LR
Diploma, B.Com, B.Sc., or B.E. degree with 3 to 6 years of relevant
experience, or an MBA specializing in Supply Chain and Operations Management
Knowledgeable in export documentation and processes
Hands on experience in working with Logistics providers and freight
forwarders to ensure smooth execution of shipments
Hands on experience in SAP MM/SD related to logistics
Knowledge in Freight payment processing & MIS
Should be able to lead a team of 20 to 50 members
