Ecopath is looking for an experienced Billing QS & Planning Engineer with 7+ years of experience in civil construction, particularly in industrial, warehouse, logistics and large-scale site development projects.
The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in external development works, including earthwork, roads, drainage, storm-water systems, utilities, paving and other infrastructure works, along with expertise in quantity surveying, billing, planning and project monitoring.
