Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our real estate marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining real estate projects, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads.
Explain real estate projects, plot details, pricing, amenities, and investment opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Generate qualified leads and update customer information in the company CRM.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation targets.




Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Valuable communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Kannada.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Valuable telephone etiquette and convincing skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.

Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
