Role & responsibilities
Deliver lectures in Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, and other relevant subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, course materials, assignments, and question papers.
Conduct classroom teaching, tutorials, practical sessions, and student evaluation.
Guide and mentor students in academic performance, projects, internships, and career development.
Develop students conceptual understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Use case studies, presentations, practical examples, and industry-oriented teaching methods.
Assist in curriculum development, syllabus revision, academic documentation, and examination activities.
Maintain attendance records,



internal assessment records, academic reports, and other departmental documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with relevant teaching experience in a college, university, or management institute are preferred.
Freshers who meet the prescribed academic eligibility criteria may apply, subject to institutional requirements.
Industry experience in accounting, finance, auditing, taxation, or financial management will be an added advantage.
Candidates with research publications, academic projects, qualified certifications, or practical industry exposure will be preferred.
