Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment, drive talent acquisition strategies, and ensure timely closure of positions across multiple functions and locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership recruitment as required.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire,



and offer-to-joining ratio.
Manage recruitment vendors, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Lead and monitor recruitment activities to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Naukri Resdex and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within tight deadlines.
Robust analytical skills and a target-oriented approach.
