We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage sales operations, develop recent business opportunities, build robust customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the iron and steel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
Promote and sell iron, steel, and metal products.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on customer orders, payments, and outstanding dues.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Solid knowledge of iron, steel, and metal products.
Experience in B2B sales and business development.
