Roles and Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
Inspect components as per drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Identify non-conforming products and report quality issues to the concerned department.
Support root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor rejection, rework, and customer complaint data
Required skill - Valuable communication, observation, and problem-solving skills, Sound knowledge in Excel
