Role & responsibilities
Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and strategic plans in conjunction with Business Development team of Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors, employees and contractors in a cost effective way.
Liaise with the Business team to close all accounts receivables in time Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Liaise with different teams to prepare the quarterly Budgets, Forecasts, Strategic plans.
Develop and implement systems and processes for budget controls and expense accounting.
Liaise with Purchase team to prepare and sort the expenditures made by the company till date

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, bank entries and other transactions.




Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
Analyse the cash flows and forecasts of the company and provide insights on treasury management.
Contact outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.

Ensure 100% compliance to statutory norms, Reporting and Planning
Accountability and ownership of tasks
Having Forex Management experience is a plus
Prioritizing tasks as per criticality
Work and Plan day to day activities to meet Deadlines
