Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Explain the company's elevator and lift products and services over the phone.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and service requirements.
Maintain records of customer details, calls, and follow-up activities.
Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the sales and service teams.
Schedule appointments and customer meetings when required.
Achieve daily calling targets and support the company's sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Knowledge of Rajasthani or other local languages will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
Valuable communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage
