Job Summary

We are looking for a Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and maintain the organization's business-critical databases, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL databases.
Manage SAP ERP, AEGIS, and MES databases.
Perform database backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery.
Monitor database performance and optimize queries.
Manage Always On, Clustering, and Replication.
Handle database security, user access, and patch management.
Monitor database health and resolve production issues.
Support application deployments and database changes.
Automate routine database administration tasks using SQL,



PowerShell, or Python.
Support Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives.

Required Skills
4 to 6 years of Database Administration experience.
Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Valuable knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Experience in Performance Tuning, Backup & Recovery, AlwaysOn, Clustering and Replication.
Knowledge of AWS/Azure databases is an added advantage.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
