MEP Project Coordinator

Job Location: Edappally, Kochi

Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate MEP project activities and monitor project progress.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and consultants.
Review MEP drawings and assist in resolving coordination issues.
Follow up on material requirements, project schedules, and site updates.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between departments.

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Robust organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
MEP Design Engineer

Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and modify MEP layouts, drawings, and design documents.
Develop drawings for electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems as applicable.
Review architectural and structural drawings for proper MEP integration.
Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve design-related issues.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable standards.
Incorporate revisions and maintain updated drawings.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of MEP drawings and design principles.
Understanding of electrical, plumbing, or firefighting systems.
Valuable technical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
