We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Sites, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud.
Configure and optimize Omni-Channel for productive case and work-item routing.
Design and develop customer-facing portals using Experience Cloud and Salesforce Sites.
Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
Provide technical guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices.
Ensure security, performance, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills:
Robust hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
Expertise in Omni-Channel, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Sites.
Experience designing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Solid understanding of Apex, LWC, Salesforce security, and architecture best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
