Job Responsibility:
Job Role & Responsibility
Doing vender requisition approval & evaluations.
Placing order for standard stock items as per request & maintaining purchase record.
Making purchase order.




Arrange receipts & issue of material & updating stock & scraps.
Arrange dispatches of finished products with required documentation within time.
Maintain excise/ dispatch records.
helps to implementation of ISO standards.

Functional Objectives
Ensure no complaints on short supply /damaged material as per packing list.
Ensure that production hours are not lost due to non-availability of tools & materials.
Ensure correct dispatches & proper documentation.
Create awareness in all customers, vendors, suppliers about ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
Ensure proper disposing of all waste material.
