Job Summary

Combine technical leadership, project management, embedded automation, and client-facing responsibilities for motor control systems

Key Responsibilities
Lead embedded automation and validation activities for motor control applications
Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and PyTest
Work with embedded C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller-based systems
Develop and validate motor control applications involving BLDC and PMSM motors
Work with 6-step commutation and other motor control techniques
Apply knowledge of AC/DC motor control principles
Work with communication protocols including I2C, UART, SPI, and CAN
Work with STM, XMC, and similar microcontroller platforms
Read and review hardware schematics
Perform hardware debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and motor test benches
Track, analyze, and report defects using JIRA or similar tools
Lead projects using Agile methodologies
Collaborate with engineering teams and customers
Participate in client discussions and provide technical updates
Lead and mentor engineering teams as required





Required Skills Qualifications
10+ years of experience in embedded automation and motor control
Solid proficiency in Python and PyTest
Experience with Embedded C/C++
Robust understanding of RTOS and microcontroller architectures
Hands-on experience with BLDC/PMSM motor control
Solid understanding of I2C, UART, SPI, and CAN
Experience with STM, XMC, or similar controllers
Experience with embedded hardware debugging
Strong leadership and project management capabilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Client-facing experience

Good to Have
Experience in automotive or industrial motor control applications
Experience with MAGTROL or similar motor test systems
