Execute production activities as per approved SOPs, batch records, and manufacturing instructions.
Monitor chemical reactions and process parameters such as temperature, pressure, pH, vacuum, flow rate, and reaction time.
Perform raw material charging, reaction, heating, cooling, filtration, drying, mixing, and other production operations as applicable.
Ensure correct identification, weighing, and handling of raw materials and chemicals.
Monitor equipment operation and report abnormalities, breakdowns, or unsafe conditions to the Shift In-Charge.
