Job Title: Store Manager – Herbal Fresho

Herbal Fresho is looking for a responsible and sales-driven Store Manager to oversee the entire store, manage daily operations, and grow sales of fruits and vegetables.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
Drive sales by attracting recent customers, promoting products, and encouraging repeat purchases.
Handle customers, resolve complaints, and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the availability of fresh produce.
Supervise store staff and ensure efficient work practices.
Monitor product quality, maintain attractive displays, and minimize wastage.
Oversee billing, cash handling, cleanliness, and store organization.
Track daily sales and identify ways to improve store performance.

Requirements
Experience in retail, grocery, supermarket, or fruits and vegetables businesses preferred.
Robust sales, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage people, stock, and daily store activities independently.
