Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound leads related to residential.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective buyers
Actively follow up with clients to ensure conversions and deal closures
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales processes
Stay updated on current real estate trends, pricing, and project details
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements :
Minimum 6 months of direct experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
Proven track record of site visits and deal closures
Good knowledge of local real estate market and property types
Strong communication,

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
