Job Description:

Core Competencies:
Preparation of parametric 3D BIM model in Autodesk Revit.
Knowledge in creating parametric Revit families as per client specifications.
Excellent knowledge of Revit linking, worksets, project browser, visibility graphics, filter, Revit plans, sections, sheet creation, and view range tags.
Basic knowledge of building services execution and sequences

Responsibilities:
Working on a central model, working as per element work sets LOD 100 to LOD 350.
Candidate will be responsible for BIM works of any / multiple of the following disciplines:
Plumbing
Fire Fighting
HVAC + Mechanical
Electrical
Documentation Floor wise and wing wise documentation with applying filters.
MEP Quantity take-off.




Sheets creation.
RFI creation and management

Strengths:
Capable of working in a team.
Self-Motivated.

Software Skills with Positive Experience:
AUTOCAD.
Knowledge of BIM software solutions like Revit Architecture, and Structure.
Preliminary Knowledge of Navisworks

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
English command

Preferred Skills:
Technical Knowledge & Updated knowledge of recent technological advancements.
Time management skills
