Location 1: Thrissur

We are hiring a Field Growth Associate for Thrissur. The role involves meeting customers in the field, generating leads, closing sales, and achieving monthly targets. This is a field-based position, and local travel using a two-wheeler is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products and services
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local market contacts
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Clearly explain product details, pricing, and ongoing offers
Coordinate with the office team for order processing and delivery updates
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager
Maintain daily records of customer visits, enquiries, and follow-ups




Support payment collection when required

Requirements :
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Graduation preferred)
Experience in field sales is an advantage; freshers can also apply
Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
