Sales support work
Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on quotations and orders (phone and WhatsApp)
Prepare quotations and share catalogues on WhatsApp
Update the enquiry list in Excel

Accounts work
Daily entries in Tally / Zoho Books
Sales and purchase invoices
Follow up with customers and vendors for payments

This is an office job with customer follow-up, not a call-centre job.

Who can apply
1 year or more of sales support, customer follow-up or accounts experience (either one is fine)
Basic Excel. Basic Tally is a plus for accounts.
Positive Tamil and workable English
Living near Parrys / Chennai-1 preferred
Can join immediately

Salary: Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 per month fixed, plus incentive, based on experience.
