Job Summary

The HR skilled will be responsible for managing and supporting key human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and compliance. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support both employees and management effectively.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations is preferred.
Knowledge of HR practices,



employment regulations, and HR processes.

Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
