Job Title: Sales Reservation Executive Location : Andhri, Chakala, Mumbai Salary : ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities :
Sales Process : Actively promote and sell our products/services, tailored to meet the client’s needs, ensuring that sales targets are met.
Reservation Management : Handle bookings and reservations, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and confirmed, while managing cancellations and modifications as required.
Customer Support : Provide outstanding customer service by resolving issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Database Maintenance : Maintain and update the company’s reservation system with accurate client information and transaction records.
Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and enhance customer engagement.
Reporting :



Prepare and present sales reports to management, providing insights on trends and prospects for growth.

Qualifications :
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in reservations or a related field.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented workplace.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
