JOB PROFILE
Co-ordinate with Sales associates in South region ie. Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala
Timely mailing of invoices to customers
Follow up with customers to collect the payment for the services rendered
Understand the estimated date of payment from customers
Work with Accounts to ensure the payments collected are correctly reconciled against the respective invoices promptly.
Follow up with Sales associates and customers to seek the correct invoice details against which the payments are made
Work with Operations to address any queries received from Sales associates or customers.
Document all interactions and payment arrangements to ensure accurate record-keeping
Timely reporting of MIS

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
