Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: source candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring.
Conduct onboarding and induction for recent joiners.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Address employee grievances and support engagement activities.
Assist in performance reviews and ensure HR policies are followed.
Skills Required
Positive communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Knowledge of MS Office
Basic understanding of HR processes
Interpersonal and coordination skills
