Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment entries.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
Verify vendor bills and ensure timely payment processing.
Maintain records of expenses, receipts, and outstanding payments.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare MIS reports and assist with monthly financial closing.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding payment and billing queries.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.




Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation is preferred.
Positive communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

13 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred.
