Responsibilities :
Handle customer service requests and coordinate with garages and service partners
Manage daily service bookings and operations
Maintain records and update service details in the system
Communicate with customers regarding service updates
Ensure smooth operations between customers, mechanics, and service partners

Requirements :
Basic computer knowledge
Positive communication skills (Hindi / English)
Ability to handle multiple tasks
