Job Title : Beautician / Salon Specialist

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Provide beauty services such as:
Haircuts, styling, and hair treatments
Facials, clean-ups, and skincare treatments
Waxing, threading, and hair removal services
Manicure, pedicure, and nail care
Basic makeup services
Advise clients on suitable hairstyles, skincare routines, and treatments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon area
Build robust customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Promote salon services and products to clients
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products

Requirements :
Proven experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or similar role
Certification/Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology preferred




Knowledge of skin and hair care techniques for both men and women
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle clients professionally and patiently
Flexible to work weekends and peak hours

Preferred Skills
Hair coloring and advanced styling
Bridal and party makeup
Knowledge of modern treatments (keratin, smoothening, etc.)
Sales skills for upselling products and services
