Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise daily production processes.
Ensure all procedures are followed according to company SOPs.
Maintain daily process reports, production records and documentation.
Track productivity, quality, process deviations and pending work.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Identify process errors and report them to management.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
Ensure process compliance, accuracy and timely completion of work.
Candidate Requirements:
Science background preferred (B.Sc. / M.Sc.).
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Robust observation and analytical skills.
Ability to supervise processes and coordinate with teams.
Detail-oriented, disciplined and responsible.
Freshers with solid technical understanding may apply; experienced candidates preferred.
