We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with hands-on experience in functional testing, automation testing, Tricentis Tosca, and integration testing. The candidate should have a robust understanding of Salesforce applications and the ability to ensure quality across business processes and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
Develop and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ functionalities.
Perform integration testing to validate data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
Validate Salesforce security settings, Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
Prepare test plans,



test scenarios, test cases, and execution reports.
Support release validation and ensure application quality across deployments.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in Salesforce QA and testing.
Robust experience in automation testing using Tricentis Tosca.
Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
Understanding of Salesforce Lightning, security model, Flows, and Validation Rules.
Experience in defect management and end-to-end QA processes.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
