A Mobile Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) or mobile equipment (depending on industry context). The role ensures devices/equipment function optimally, supports customers with technical issues, and delivers reliable service either in-store or in office.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnosis & Repair :
Inspect and troubleshoot mobile devices/equipment.
Repair hardware issues (screens, batteries, charging ports, buttons).
Resolve software problems (OS updates, malware removal, configuration).
Maintenance & Installation :
Perform preventive maintenance on mobile devices/equipment.
Install and configure apps, updates, and accessories.
Replace defective parts with genuine components.
Customer Support :




Explain technical issues and solutions clearly to customers.
Provide cost estimates and repair timelines.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through qualified service.
Documentation & Reporting :
Record repair activities, parts used, and service outcomes.
Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts.
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
Field Service (if applicable) :
Travel to customer locations for in office repairs.
Operate service vehicles and manage mobile repair kits.
