Roles & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
Greets the customer while receiving the basket at the billing counter.
Immediately starts scanning the products and ensures all items are accurately scanned.
Checks product prices and verifies them with the system; informs the concerned person in case of any discrepancies.
Provides product samples at the billing counter, where applicable.
Enters customer details into the system accurately.
Ensures all products are properly packed and applicable charges are applied.
Presents the bill to the customer and directs them to make the payment.
Handles customer queries related to product pricing, weight, or billing issues.

Product Management
Ensures the billing counter is adequately stocked with billing rolls, bags,



and other required materials.
Informs the relevant person when stock levels are low so that replenishment can be arranged.
Ensures promotions and offers are applied correctly during billing.

Operations
Manages cancellation and refund processes as per company policy.
Removes barcodes from products where required.
Maintains cleanliness and organization at the billing counter at all times.
Participates actively in daily huddle meetings and follows instructions shared.
