Job Summary

We are hiring International Voice Process Executives for our team in Indore . If you have excellent English communication skills, prior experience in an international voice process, and are available to join immediately, we'd love to hear from you.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (V5 & V6 proficiency preferred).
Undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Immediate joiners only.
Aadhaar must be linked (seeded) with your bank account before joining.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer interactions professionally.




Resolve customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication.
Accurately document customer interactions.

Shift Details
Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM .
9-hour shift (including breaks).
6 days working with 1 rotational week-off.

Required Skills :
Solid spoken English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
