Deepak Agency is a well-established name in the garments and hosiery trade, based in Kedgaon, Ahmednagar. We work with a wide network of retailers and customers across the region, and are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to strengthen our customer interactions and support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer queries and follow up on orders and payments
Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and ensure timely communication
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch updates
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, accounts, and transactions
Assist in resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Skills :
Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi (English is a plus)
Organized, punctual, and skilled attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced trading environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
