Role & responsibilities
Drive Micro LAP business growth across the assigned zone.
Manage business with a ticket size ranging from 5 lakh to 12 lakh.
Lead and monitor regional, area, and branch-level sales teams.
Develop and strengthen DSA, DST, and other sourcing channels.
Expand market presence and build solid relationships with channel partners.
Monitor sourcing productivity, login-to-disbursement conversion, and sales performance.
Ensure portfolio quality through regular monitoring of delinquency, NPA, and collection performance.
Coordinate with credit, risk, operations, and collections teams for smooth business operations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and lending processes.
Prepare periodic business reports and implement strategies to achieve zonal targets.
