Generate LAP leads through field visits, referrals, and channel partners (DSA / franchise).
Promote and explain ABFL LAP products , eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
Profile customers to assess income, business stability, creditworthiness, and property value .
Collect and verify KYC, income, property, and legal documents as per ABFL guidelines.
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to resolve pending queries.
Maintain robust relationships with DSA partners, builders, and business connectors .
Achieve assigned monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets .
Update CRM/MIS systems with accurate customer and pipeline information.
Identify opportunities for cross-sell and repeat business .
Ensure policy compliance, documentation accuracy, and ethical sourcing practices .
Handle customer queries and basic escalations until loan disbursement.
