Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.
Explain numerology and Vastu consultation services, courses, and crystal products.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain customer databases and update call records.
Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Build positive customer relationships and provide basic product information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or direct sales.
Basic English-speaking skills .
Positive convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented, confident, and customer-friendly approach.
Prior experience in astrology, numerology, Vastu, spiritual products, or wellness courses will be preferred.
