Position Sales Manager

Location – Bhubaneswar

Experience – 3 to 10 Years

Role & responsibilities
Conduct property presentations, virtual meetings, and site visits.
Manage the complete sales cycle from booking and closure.
Follow up consistently with prospects to improve conversion rates.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions to drive closures.
Ensure all sales documentation and booking processes are completed accurately.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline.
Knowledge of the local real estate market.
Should have 2+ years of real estate sales experience.
