Job description for Position- Purchase and Accounts Executive

Purchase Executive Job Duties:
Stays familiar with the company's needs
Makes supply orders
Search recent vendors and coordinate with them
Communicates with executives and gains approval for purchasing
contracts with new vendors or on new supplies
Create Purchase orders and follow up till it is satisfied
Oversees supply chain management
Maintains a network of professional contacts in order to discover new prospects for good deals on orders
Forecasts demand for certain products and makes order accordingly
GRN and Goods rejection as per the QC measures
Checks inventory, tracks how inventory is used, and adjusts
purchasing habits in accord with apparent trends
Processes payments and invoices
Keeps a well-organized collection of contracts for easy reference when needed
Attends meetings to stay up to date on the company's objectives
MIS reports generation
Taking monthly stock from production department.
Coordinating with accounts team for smooth transactions.

Accounts Job duties:




Bank reconciliation
Invoice preparation
E-way bill preparation
Tally daily entries
Petty cash management
Data preparation for audit
GST data preparation
Stock audit

Ability to Work With a Variety of People, Industry Experience

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification :Commerce Graduate, MCOM/MBA/BCOM

Work Experience : Preferably 2 to 3 years of work experience in Purchase dept.

Computer Knowledge :Valuable Knowledge of Using Computers, MS Office is essentials.

Skills :Excellent Presentation/Communication/Conversation Skills, Eye for details,

Physical Attributes : Pleasant and Impressive appearance and

conduct.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
