Role & responsibilities
Develop and maintain machine vision inspection systems for production lines.
Configure and troubleshoot industrial cameras, lenses, lighting, and vision sensors.
Program and optimize vision software for defect detection, measurement, and component identification.
Integrate vision systems with PLCs, robots, and automated machinery.
Perform root cause analysis for vision inspection failures and false rejections.
Improve inspection accuracy, cycle time, and production efficiency.
Support current product development, process validation, and automation projects.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.
