Operations & Process Adherence: Ensure smooth daily functioning of branch healthcare workflows and adherence to hospital quality standards.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, nursing staff, billing desks, and support teams.
Patient Relations & Escalations: Address patient inquiries, service feedback, and on-floor complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.
Floor Discipline & Standards: Maintain floor cleanliness, patient comfort, organization, and a welcoming workplace.
