Role & responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate assembly line activities to meet daily production schedules.
Lead, train, and motivate production operators and team leaders.
Monitor production performance, efficiency, and output against established targets.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and production procedures.
Conduct regular quality checks and address production defects or non-conformities.
Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage workforce allocation, shift schedules, attendance, and overtime requirements.
Investigate and resolve production issues, equipment breakdowns, and process bottlenecks.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
Prepare production reports, shift handover reports, and performance metrics.
