REQUIRED MBBS & BAMS DOCTORS'S

Key Responsibilities :
Emergency Patient Care :
Attend to emergency cases promptly and provide initial medical assessment and treatment.
Stabilize patients and coordinate with consultants for further management.
Ensure adherence to established protocols for emergency care.
Have keen knowledge of resuscitation and stabilization of injured patients (BLS protocol)
Inpatient Department (IPD) Management :
Provide medical care to admitted patients as per treating consultant orders.
Monitor patients' progress and update treating consultants on significant changes.
Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments prescribed.
Documentation and Record Keeping :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the IPD files.
Prepare Medicolegal Case (MLC) documents for road traffic accident cases.




Complete discharge procedures in the Hospital Management System (HMS) software.
Collaboration and Communication :
Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, consultants, and other healthcare professionals.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Compliance and Quality Assurance :
Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and guidelines for patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining high standards of care.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
