Job description : position : Domestic Sales Executive Industry : Pharma Formulation

Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients/customers.
Share product and company information clearly and professionally.
Maintain and update call records and reports.
Follow up with potential leads and support the sales/HR/BD team.
Ensure excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements :




Graduate / Undergraduate with positive communication skills.
Prior tele calling/telemarketing experience preferred (pharma background will be an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to handle targets and build rapport with customers.
