Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team accordingly.
Maintain a qualified and pleasant front-office workplace.

Customer Coordination
Brief clients about the project, amenities, location advantages, and offerings.
Ensure smooth conduct of site visits and address basic customer queries.

Lead Management
Conduct follow-ups with clients post site visits to gather feedback.

Sales & Team Support
Coordinate with internal teams for brochures, pricing details, and inventory updates.
Support sales events, launches, and promotional activities.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Handle customer concerns, escalate issues when required, and ensure timely resolutio

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra
