Customer Support Executive - E-commerce Inbound (Work From Office) Location : Ranchi Salary : ₹14,000 - ₹20,000/month
Job Type : Full time | Permanent Eligibility : Freshers only
Role Summary : Handle inbound customer calls for an e-commerce process and resolve queries related to orders, delivery, returns, refunds, and services while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage inbound customer calls
Resolve order & service-related queries
Maintain call records in system
Escalate complex issues when needed
Requirements :
Positive English & Hindi communication
Basic computer knowledge
Problem-solving and customer-focused attitude
Work Details :
9-hour shift (6 days/week)
Rotational shifts & week off
Work from office only
No cab facility
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
