Roles & Responsibilities
Handle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, website leads, and other platforms.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
Provide information about project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
Qualify leads and identify potential customers for the sales team.
Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly to maintain engagement and convert leads into site visits.
Maintain accurate lead records, customer details, and follow-up updates in CRM software.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams regarding lead status and campaign inquiries.
Achieve assigned targets for calls, qualified leads, and site visit bookings.
Provide timely responses to customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Prepare daily call reports and lead conversion reports for management.
