Job Title :Hostel Warden

Location : On-campus Indore Institute of Law, Gendalal Bam Parisar, Opposite to IIM Indore Rau Pithampur Road, Rau Indore

Experience Required : Minimum 2 years as Hostel Warden or similar role

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily hostel operations.
Ensure discipline, safety, and proper conduct among hostel residents.
Maintain records of residents, visitors, and room allotments.
Address complaints, grievances, and emergencies in a timely manner.
Coordinate with administration for maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
Ensure adherence to hostel rules and institutional policies.
Monitor entry/exit of residents and visitors.
Conduct regular rounds to maintain order and security within the hostel premises.
Report incidents or issues to the management as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostel Warden or in a similar administrative role.




Robust disciplinary and supervisory skills.
Ability to handle conflicts and manage students effectively.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to stay on the hostel premises (24×7 availability required).

Preferred Skills
Experience in educational institutions will be an advantage.
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
