Role & responsibilities
Monitor & Maintain Quality standard in warehouse and logistics operations.
Analyze Quality issues, customer complaints and implement corrective action.
Prepare Quality reports, KPIs & documentation.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety requirement.
Coordinate with operation and warehouse team for continuous process improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
Proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point.
Knowledge of receiving area and GRN process, Vehicle unloading process.
Analytical & problem-solving skill.
Knowledge of 5s & Kaizen process.
